YaHWeH’s law say we have to wear tzitzits:

Numbers 15:37–41:
37 And YaHWeH spake unto Moses, saying,
38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes (tzitzits) in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of YaHWeH, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
41 I am YaHWeH your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am YaHWeH your God.

How to Make the Tzitzits (Like in the Pictures)

Materials:

1 blue cord (make this one longer than the others — it will be used for wrapping)

3 white cords

Step 1: Prepare the Cords

1. Take one blue cord and three white cords.

2. Fold all four cords in half so they are doubled.

You will now have 8 strands total hanging down.

The blue cord should be longer so it can wrap around the others.

Step 2: Tie the First Knot

3. At the top (near the folded loop), tie a knot.

This is your first knot.

Step 3: First Wrapping Section

4. Take the long blue strand.

5. Wrap it tightly around the other white strands seven times.

Keep the wraps neat and close together.

6. After the seven wraps, tie another knot using all the strands.

You now have:

2 knots total

1 wrapping section

Step 4: Repeat the Pattern

7. Repeat the same process:

Wrap the blue cord seven times

Tie a knot

8. Continue until you have:

Five knots total

Four wrapping sections

Each wrapping section has seven blue wraps

Final Result

When finished, your tzitzit should have:

5 knots total

4 wrapped blue sections

Loose hanging white and blue strands at the bottom

Just like in your pictures — the blue cord forms visible wrapped sections between each knot.
